《猪八戒外传》剧情简介
西游记中人物。原是天庭玉皇大帝手下的天蓬元帅，主管天河。因醉酒调戏嫦娥被玉皇大帝逐出天界，到人间投胎，却又错投猪胎，嘴脸与猪相似。它咬杀母猪，打死群彘，又招赘到福陵山云栈洞的卵二姐家，想不到一年卵二姐却死了，只留下一个洞府给他。至此栖身云栈洞，自称“猪刚鬣”。观音菩萨赐法号悟能，唐僧西去取经路过高老庄，猪八戒被孙悟空收服，被唐僧收为二徒弟后，为让其继续戒五荤三厌，唐僧给他起了个别名叫“八戒”。八戒从此成为孙悟空的好帮手，一同保护唐僧去西天取经。他会天罡三十六变身术，能腾云驾雾，使用的兵器是九齿钉耙。
八戒性格温和，憨厚单纯，力气大，嘴巴甜。但好吃懒做，爱占小便宜，贪图女色，经常被妖怪的美色所迷，难分敌我。猪八戒贪吃贪睡，自私自利，好进谗言。他常常想作弄人，但不是搬起石头来砸自己的脚就是作茧自缚。为什么连这样一个人也最终修成正果，被如来佛封为“净坛使者”？这与猪八戒的知错就改，能听取领导和同事的意见有重要联系（其实这与悟空的‘督促’有很大关系），做到了悬崖勒马、甚至是浪子回头。在取经事业中的他对师兄的话还算得上言听计从，对师父忠心耿耿，总算是为西天取经立下汗马功劳，才有猪八戒的美好的结果吧。
